It is very critical that members of the institution realize that the institution is run by unpaid voluntary members, of the Council and supported by the secretariat.

Members who offer their services in the running of the institution should take cognizance of the fact that the successful running of the institution is dependent on their support, effort and works.

It is very important that every member should note that once they have offered their services they are expected to:-

1. Execute the responsibilities assigned to them,
2. Attend meetings,
3. Submit report if they can not attend meetings,
4. Propose new ideas,
5. Participate in institution activities,
6. Assist in identifying potential volunteers,
7. Represent the institution with pride,
8. Market and recruit new members for the institution at what ever forum,
9. Deliberating on institution policies, procedures and other issues.

This section provides members with access to services provided by and information about the institution and the profession. services such as downloading or access meeting minutes, reports of conferences or serminars, publications, courses and workshops, career guidance advice, business opportunities and library services.
