The Institution is run by a Council which is elected into office by
the members of the institution. Decisions on the running of the institution

The Executive Board has the overall executive responsibility of managing
the running of the institution. It manages and executes and coordinates

The Professional board is overall responsibility of the formulation
and implementation of the corporate strategy, public relations and control
and practice of the engineering profession.
The overall responsibility is on matters concerning qualifications,
the training of engineers within the institution and provide advisory
services on training and manpower to government and stakeholders within
and outside Zimbabwe.
The overall responsible for all the development and administration of
the learned society activities - lectures, talks, meetings, conferences,
symposiums, of the institution.
This committee is responsible for all the matters concerning the financial
policies of the institution and for the management of its staff.
